Dwayne: According to Nicole, they're evacuating most people to the junior high gym at the top of the hill. It's highly unlikely the flood waters could reach there.
Dwayne: As a precaution, they're sandbagging along the road into the valley, and they're looking for volunteers. They also need people to help at the gym for first aid, etc.
Dwayne: They're sending tons of emergency crews this way, but who knows when they'll arriv--
