Akhilesh: Oh, I wear this when I visit the Children's Wing at the hospital.

Akhilesh: I have not worn it in some time, and since I did not expect you to awake for a while, I tried it on. It still fits, if a bit snug around the middle.

Trudy: You... volunteer at a hospital?
Akhilesh: Volunteer? No. They pay me. I am a doctor, which is most fortunate for you...

Akhilesh: ... because you are a most sick young woman.
