Ki: What on earth makes you think I could teach you how to be a good writer?
Dex: Your "Counsel of Ethendale" novel was awesome!

Dex: Even IF I was cast as a stupid ogre...
Ki: I don't think one unfinished, unpublished novel makes me qualify as a seasoned author.

Dex: Even so, I think you're the only one of my friends I can talk to about this. Nick's comics were great, but I was thinking of trying something a bit more epic.
Ki: Like what?

Dex: Something set in a galaxy far, far away, where no man has gone before...
Ki: Sit down. We've got a lot to discuss.
