Agent #12: I am effectively a law enforcement officer. I seek out those who commit crimes and see to it that they are brought to justice. And I hope they receive the punishment they deserve.

Agent #12: But I've seen my share of repentant souls who were genuinely sorry for their actions. I've also seen plenty of fakers looking to lighten their sentences by "turning over a new leaf."

Agent #12: You want to convince *me* you've changed? *Prove* it. Actions speak louder than words.
