[Open the floodgates...]

Around 6PM, another leak sprang forth not far from where the first one did. At least one other booth was soaked. The con staff immediately evacuated the floor and the exhibitor's hall was closed early for the day. While this was obviously a problem for the poor dealers whose wares were damaged, it also meant all of us lost some potential revenue. Saturday would start with a lot of uncertainty about what condition the exhibitor's hall would be in.
