[The Marriott Marquis]

Our first stop, as with any con trip, is at our hotel. This year, we decided to stay in style at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, one of the two hotels hosting the con. Both it and the Hyatt are very interesting buildings in and of themselves, and make for great locations to hold a convention. This picture is from the Marriott's lobby looking skyward into the many terraced floors above. If you squint, you might be able to make out or room... see? That one, right there.
