For the initial competition, we used smaller R/C bots. These bots (all based on popular bots from the real show) featured "battle damage" parts that would fly off during competition and would turn themselves off for a "knock out" if they sustained enough virtual battle damage. For the final round, the two finalists would use larger bots (Biohazard and Destructor), which were larger, faster, and much more responsive.
