Agent #12: He's been in our custody how many years now? And has he said a single word to _anyone_? We've stepped up security around him dozens of times, but no one thinks we can really strop him if he tried to escape. There are too many unanswered questions surrounding him.

Justin: He eats hardly anything and produces even less waste. All our medical tests have to be passive because no needles break his skin and he won't respond to queries. If he didn't breathe or have a pulse, we'd declare him dead.
