[[Nicole is hanging in her chair behind her desk, looking tired. A secretary comes in]]
Secretary: Nicole, I know you just got back, but there's a man here to see you.
Nicole: Show him in.

[[Fooker comes in, carrying a briefcase]]
Fooker: Hey, mrs. D. I brought a little green surpise for you...
Nicole: Come on in, Fooker.

[[Fred comes out of the briefcase]]
Fred: Nello Nicole. I got your call and had Fooker bring me by. Did you want to talk to me abou the case?
Nicole: Yes.

[[Nicole looks sad]]
Nicole: Fred, I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I... want you to settle out of court.
