[[Outside the time capsule a shocked soldier is talking to some of his buddies.]]
Soldier 1: But, I'm telling, Sarge~!! This - This - THING popped up out of there and -
Soldier 2: [interrupting] And WHAT?! You don't seem to be SHOT!!

Soldier 3: [mocking] You ain't been DRINKING on duty, Jonesy~?!
Soldier 1: You guys didn't see what *I* did~!! It was HORRIBLE!!!

[[One of the girls, hood up and goggles on, sticks her head up out of the capsule. The rest of the soldiers stare bug-eyed in shock.]]
Soldier 1: It had these incredible - great big - enormous - EYES!!! And it just STARED at me with this awful gaze and -

[[The other soldiers have disappeared.]]
Soldier 1: The next thing I knew !~!~ Uh, Sarge?!! Guys~?!!?!? Where'd everybody go?!?

[[Inside the capsule Flavoura and Emily are terrified.]]
Flavoura: So~!! How're we going to FIX a time vessel that neither of us knows how to OPERATE ~ much less REPAIR~?!!
Emily: I don't know!! I don't know!!! This is just TERRIBLE!! We have no idea WHEN or WHERE we've gone to!! ~And absolutely NO WAY to get back to our OWN TIME and PLACE!!
