Civilian 1: WEATHER BALLOON ?!?!
Colonel: That's right!! After a thorough investigation, we've ascertained that the object locals saw land in the desert was indeed nothing more than a downed WEATHER BALLOON!!
[[The Colonel returns to the base, leaving the locals standing.]]
Civilian 2: I smell a cover-up!!
Civilian 1: Me, too!!
