[[Trish is still narrating her first day at GPF, picking up with her initial encounter with Patty. Patty is furious at seeing Trish, and Dexter is trying to smooth things over a bit.]]
Trish: [narrating] "Dexter swooped in and helped us up, then immediately began explaining. He introduced the woman as Patty, but he didn't introduce me to her."

[[Dex is smiling awkwardly, trying to calm Patty, but she's still staring daggers at Trish.]]
Trish: [narrating] "I quickly figured out why. As he began telling Patty something about me having amnesia, I surmised that she must be one of the ones 'not in the know.' She knew the 'other me,' but NOT that we were different people.

[[With a final angry glance over her shoulder Patty stalks off, while Dex holds Trish's arm to help her to her feet.]]
Trish: [narrating] "Whatever Dexter said (I missed part of it to introspection), Patty didn't care for it. She muttered something about the 'amnesia epidemic' and hoped that 'schizophrenia' wasn't catching too."

[[Trish watches Patty leave.]]
Trish: [narrating] "I have no idea where THAT came from, unless it was some excuse the 'other me' gave to explain away me. Either way, I somehow doubt this Patty and I will get along very well."
