[[Colonel Lionel Barker stands in uniform behind a window in what appears to be a cave, with another uniformed man behind him in shadow.]]
Lionel: Something tells me you haven't heard of Benedict Arnold either, Johnson...
Johnson: Should I have, sir?
[[We see Lionel's face, with other people in the shadows in the background.]]
Lionel: To be blunt, _yes_. Arnold was a general during the American Revolutionary War. He was a patriot, a shrewd businessman, a combat veteran. He poured his own vast resources into supporting his men.
[[Now we see Lionel's reflection in the window, looking out over a starry sky and no apparent ground beneath.]]
Lionel: But to many, his name is synonymous with treason. After being repeatedly passed over for promotion and others claiming credit for his accomplishments, he became disillusioned and defected to the enemy.
Johnson: May I ask where this is leading, sir?
Lionel: [pensively] I am _trying_ to determine _who_ I am, Mr. Johnson. Odysseus... or Arnold.
