Dwayne: I may not have seen much around here, but from what I HAVE seen, you've done the impossible: taken a hopeless situation and made it into a fighting chance for survival.

Dwayne: I'm proud of all of my, well, FORMER employees, seeing as GPF doesn't currently exist. You've all done some amazing things in this past year, beyond anything I could possibly imagine.

Dwayne: You, though, are the linchpin holding it all together. Whether you want to admit it or not, none of this would be possible without you and your leadership. You've pulled off some true miracles here.

Dwayne: Let me put it this way: if I were close enough to retirement, I know who my top candidate to take over GPF would be...
Nick: I'm hoping it's Sydney. You know, keeping it in the family...
