Dexter: [Calling after Trudy] Hey, Trudy! Did you catch up with Nick?
Trudy: [Barely pausing] No! Got distracted with end-of-the-world stuff!

Patty: Sounds ominous. Anything you wanna pass along?
Trudy: No time! I have to find him! This is more important!

Patty: More important than "end-of-the-world stuff"? If that's the case, you'd better turn around, as you're going the wrong way.
Trish: [Sheepishly pointing in the opposite direction] H-he w-went th-that-a-way.
