We landed in San Diego around noon, and after a learning how to navigate the trolley, we arrived at the convention center around 3PM. There we found Alan Foreman (S.S.D.D., right in the picture) waiting us. Dan Shive (El Goonish Shive, middle) arrived shortly thereafter. This picture was taken pretty early, before the con floor opened but after we finally struggled to get banner hung.
