Character Description

As deadly as she is beautiful, "Dr. Not" is a brilliant evil mastermind and sinister mad scientist. Her technological savvy is unmatched, and her intelligence is through the roof. One of the founding members of C.R.U.D.E., Dr. Not first appeared in the special story of Book #2, where she matched wits with our favorite ubergeek-turned-secret-agent, James Baud. She led C.R.U.D.E.'s forces at the Statue of Liberty during the Battle of Manhattan (see Surreptitious Machinations, Chapter 8: Wars and Confrontations), but was forced to retreat. She is currently in U.G.A. custody after facing off with James Baud in Paris. She is currently being held in the U.G.A.'s top-secret prison hidden in the mountains near Big Stick, West Virgnia.
