Scott is a teenage friend of Yoshi. He is far less technically inclined than his friend, preferring to play Grand Theft Auto over hacking into other people's networks. Half of his head is shaved, while on the other half he has let his hair grow long and dyed it purple. (Why? Probably because it annoys his parents.) He tends to say "dude" quite a bit and thinks Yoshi's sister is "major babe-age".
