Character Description

When Ki's little brother Yoshi came to stay with her for a couple weeks, things definitely got interesting. Yoshi is hyper-intelligent and will happily boast about his abilities. While he doesn't seem to care too much for his sister's boyfriend/husband, Nick, he did seem to hit it off with Fooker (at least at first). He also seemed to annoy a fairly large number of Faulties, too!

As he grew older, Yoshi began to dabble more and more into "black hat" hacking activities. He carried out a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack against the GPF servers, which Fooker quickly thwarted. Undaunted, he then teamed up with a mysterious person online known only as "s1r3n", with whom he hacked the MUTEX and later helped hack several bank accounts.

At the beginning of To Thine Own Self..., Yoshi cloned the MUTEX and its interdimensional transport capabilities based on plans stolen from his previous hacks. The cloned MUTEX became instrumental in helping his sister and her friends travel to the alternate universe to rescue Nick. Yoshi's memory of the incident was eventually wiped by the U.G.A. and presumably his MUTEX clone was confiscated.

More recently, using the alias of "Lord Catastro", Yoshi hacked into the Nethermoor server of Bog of Bloodbath, locking out all legitimate players and modifying the game code in such a fashion that allowed him to remake the game world in any way he so chose. Only Dexter, Tim, and Patty were able to enter the compromised server using the power of Nick's new MMORPG module for the MUTEX. It eventually took both Nick and Ki, from outside and inside the game respectively, to challenge and thwart Yoshi, disconnecting him and causing the game server to crash. To date, none of the GPF Software crew are aware that "Lord Catastro" was actually Yoshi. The entire exchange was observed from afar by one faction of the Brotherhood of the Twisted Pair, which eventually decided to invite Yoshi to join them as a means of "[keeping] your friends close and your enemies closer". Since then, he has become that faction's leading candidate for "the One".
