Character Description

During To Thine Own Self..., when the rescue squad crossed into the "negaverse" in search of Nick, Trudy's counterpart briefly introduced the various members of the resistance against Emperor Nicholas the Puissant. To everyone's surprise (especially Ki's), Ki's younger brother Yoshi was among them. This version of Yoshi, however, was not the obnoxious, arrogant teenager we are familiar with. Instead, he was an idiot savant, gifted with vast technological prowess but cursed with his remaining mental faculties stuck at a toddler's level. To Ki's horror, she realized the turning point where she and her counterpart diverged; where Ki was once tempted as a child to push her baby brother down the basement steps out of jealousy but resisted, her "negaverse" self showed no such restraint.

After this brief appearance, "Nega" Yoshi does not appear again in To Thine Own Self.... However, since the Emperor's stormtroopers raided the rebel headquarters and "neutralized" it, it may be safe to assume that Yoshi was killed along with the other rebels. However, since Commander Blawgus did mention the possibility of "stragglers", it could be possible, albeit unlikely, that he may have escaped.
